Glass washing machine consists of an entry area, a washing, drying zone and an exit area.

Main Features of Glass Washing and Drying Machine:

• Strong welded construction with high quality coating paint. Machine shield and all parts of the machine that are in contact with water are in stainless steel. Brush shaft ends are also in SS.
• 80mm rubberized and rectified conveyor rollers.
• 45# black oxide cogs are adopted for steady and synchronous transmission.
• Washing speed controlled by inverter, rollers can move forward and reversely.
• Most electrical components are from Schneider.

Loading and unloading zone

• Loading table rollers are dipped in water for better cleaning of the glass.
• Lights on unloading table to inspect the glass.
• Emergency buttons on loading and unloading table.
• A set of spraying system for pre-washing.

Washing Section

• Three pairs of cylindrical nylon brushes with stainless steel axes.
• Motorized up and down in washing and drying part, can be elevated max. height 400mm.
• Water guard plates under the brushes to divide the tank to avoid water contamination.
• 170mm(Diameter) nylon brushes which have long lifetime and avoid vibration.
• Three separate water tanks with individual inline water pumps attached . Economical water circulation systems, valve set on the last tank for auto water supplementation. Fast plug for easy cleaning.
• Double water filtering nets in each tank.
• Heaters in water tanks.

Drying Section

• High-pressure air blowers enclosed in a sound-proof cabin with intake silencer and specially designed filter. Noise level is ≤ 80 dB.
• Two pairs of air knives, one is patented inclined air knives and the other is straight air knives to guarantee perfect drying.
• Multi-stage drying system. Heaters set on the blower cabin to provide hot air.
• Air pipes made of materials which is freezing and sunlight proof.
