GlassInspector is an online glass defect inspection system developed under the Lijiang × EASTGLAZ integrated quality control solution, specifically designed for insulating glass (IG) production lines.

The system is jointly developed in cooperation with DELTAMAX (Italy), combining European industrial vision inspection technology with Lijiang’s extensive application experience in insulating glass production lines.

Installed directly after the washing machine, GlassInspector performs real-time, non-contact inspection of glass surfaces without affecting production speed, helping manufacturers reduce defects, standardize quality control, and improve finished glass consistency.
