LJXJ300 Glass Loading and Unloading Lifter Cantilever Crane

The pneumatic glass handing manipulator loading and unloading lifter is operated by using compressed air. The device does not use electricity and is safe and reliable, and easy to operate. It is an essential glass handling tool for the modern glass processing industry. The air flowing through the vacuum generator causes Vacuum Pressure to suck the glass. A cylinder stroke is acted by receiving the command signal from the compressed air in an inlet pipe. The device is commonly used for glass handling work in glass factory processing lines, such as grinding, cleaning, tempered, laminated, insulated, etc.

●Mechanical part:

(1) The total length of the main beam of the suction hoist is designed to be 2000mm, and the upper part of the middle part is welded and sealed with a plate, and the middle part is used as a vacuum accumulator. The airtightness test is carried out after welding to ensure no leakage. When the equipment is suddenly powered off, it is still guaranteed to be able to reliably adsorb the plates for at least 20 minutes, and will not cause safety accidents such as equipment damage (the European CE standard is to maintain 10 minutes)

(2) This equipment is equipped with 6 suction cups with a diameter of 360mm for different sizes of glass. The position of each suction cup on the beam is adjustable to facilitate the adsorption of glass of different sizes.

●Electrical part:

(1) A vacuum pressure switch and a buzzer alarm unit are installed on the vacuum hoist. When the vacuum system pressure does not reach the set pressure, or when a power failure occurs, the alarm unit will control the red warning light to light up and the buzzer to sound. , Prompt the operator to deal with it in time.

●Vacuum part:

(1) The suction hoist adopts a German oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump, with a pumping capacity of 8m3/h, a large vacuum degree of over 85%, energy saving, compact and lightweight, no maintenance, etc.;

(2) The whole set of equipment is equipped with 6 vacuum suction cups, multi-point adsorption to ensure that the plate can maintain a high level during the handling process without tilting;

(3) The suction cup material is nitrile rubber, with a diameter of 360mm, oil (benzene), durable, acid and alkali resistance, and can effectively adsorb with FRP to produce a true single suction cup level. Theoretical large suction force = effective area (physical product * coefficient) * calculated pressure (0.6bar); (0.18*0.18*3.14)*0.6*10000=610.416, which is approximately 610.4Kg. According to the 4 times safety factor, the actual allowable suction power of the suction cup is 610.4/4=152.6Kg. The total suction power of 6 suction cups is 600kg. Note: The vacuum suction force mentioned in the above table is calculated under 60% vacuum degree. Under normal working conditions, the system vacuum degree can reach more than 85%;

(4) The vacuum pressure sensor is made of Japanese Panasonic brand, and the alarm pressure level is set to 60% vacuum;

(5) Each suction cup is equipped with a manual ball valve to control the opening and closing, which ensures that the same equipment can be applied to various specifications of plates;

(6) The upper and lower parts of the sucker rod are equipped with a spring. When the plate is not flat, the spring acts as a buffer to make the sucker evenly stressed, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the suction cup.

The Wall-mounted Cantilever Crane

The wall-mounted cantilever crane is used to transport the glass and does not occupy the floor area. The cantilever crane can be directly installed on the wall, on the column of the factory building, or on the machinery and equipment. The fixing method is very simple, and the rotating angle can reach 180 degrees.

The Column Cantilever Crane

The column cantilever crane is used to transport the glass, which can be installed in any work site. It only occupies the foundation area of the column installation, has a small footprint, and can use all possible space. The maximum rotatable angle can reach 270 degrees.
