New Technology Double Glaizng Glass Machine Printing Label With ERP Function
Insulating glass production line consists of four sections, transfer section, washing section, inspection section and pressing section. It uses advanced technology to make high-quality and variety DGU automatically, such as double glass, triple glass, shaped glass and stepped glass.
1. Low-e glass sensor
This sensor is installed before washing machine.It can automatically recognize Low-e glass,preventing the glass from dropping Low-e surface.
The transfer : The front and back transfer wheel are all moved, all actively transferred. It can guarantee the big size glass and thick glass pass through smoothly.
The whole washing and drying section adopt 304 stainless steel, including the plate and interior spare parts.
The thickness plate can up to 4mm and the interior plate can be 8mm.The equipment performance is better and service life is much longer.
It has 6 brushes which are all soft brushes, can wash flat glass, temper glass and low-e glass. It has a diameter of less than 0.1mm bristles, never damage glass, especially for low-e glass .
The noise can be controlled below 90 decibels by using nylon gear and sponges.
Water heating system
Adopts air heating system, use soft water to wash glass clearly.
5. Large frequency converter & Air knife ( Single or double air knife system )
1) There are one air knife system and one large frequency converter. The air knife can be divided into up & down two parts, both of them are frequency knife.The two parts will work at the same time when drying a large size glass (height>1.5m), while there is only down-parts drying for the small size glass (height<1.5m), saving much energy.

6. Automatically recognize glass thickness
1). There is a universal joint device, when the glass thickness was changed, the wind knife will move forward and backward to adjust the distance so that the relative distance between the wind knife and the glass is constant, so as to avoid damage to the glass due to the changes of the glass thickness.
2). There are chain gears on both sides of the bottom of the glass to actively transfer the glass which can keep a fast speed, not only the large size, small size glass can also be passed quickly.
Pressing parts & Filling gas part ( Optional)
1. Pressing part
For gas filling line, we use servo motor and timing belt to press insulating glass.
1) Servo motor can be accurately calculated the thickness of the glass and aluminum strip for your glass press. Compared with traditional hydraulic station by pressure, it guarantees the precise pressure at the same time,without damaging the glass and increasing pressing speed.
Normal line has 72 adjustable points to keep the back plate straight all the time, however, gas filling line has 88 adjustable points.
It adopts 3 micro switches,which divide the pressing part into 4 sections.
Each micro switch receives the signal will add a part of the working area. When the corresponding micro switch is not touched, the region does not work.
What’s more, the two sides and bottom of the glass will be sealed to ensure the inflating effect. It can save much argon gas and electricity power.
4. High - speed filling argon gas online
Automatically filling argon gas with 22s for one piece of double glazing glass. Can set and display the gas value on the screen according to our request. Such as 85%,88%,90%,95%....
We can observe the argon content and filling speed intuitively, providing guarantee for the production of high quality insulating glass.
When two pieces of glass are close to the film, it will start to fill argon gas from the bottom of the glass. When the previous set value is reached, inflation will stop automatically.
