1. Application

3. Technical Instruction
3.1 The refrigerator adopts the most advanced refrigeration system in the United States, and its core component (scroll compressor) has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise and high reliability. The operator can adjust the working parameters at any time, and the temperature status of the hot and cold barrels can be seen at a glance.
3.2 Structural features and functions
LJLX01 freezer consists of rack, freezing unit, freezing barrel,
Heating barrels, electronic control systems, etc.
3.2.1 The refrigeration of antifreeze is completed by the combination of the refrigeration unit and the freezing barrel.
There is a commercial so-called refrigerant in the storage tank of the compressor unit, which is a colorless gas at normal temperature and a colorless liquid under its own pressure. The compressor compresses the high pressure refrigerant in a gaseous state, then; it passes through the condenser, releases heat through the fins, and finally condenses into a liquid state. Since the liquid refrigerant loses pressure in the condenser after passing through the volume tube, it immediately becomes gaseous when it passes through the evaporator outside the freezer barrel. As the liquid becomes gaseous, it lowers the temperature and at the same time absorbs the latent heat of the antifreeze in the barrel, thereby lowering the temperature of the refrigerant. The gaseous refrigerant in the evaporator is then pressed back into the condenser by the compressor and turned into a liquid state. This cycle is repeated over and over again to remove the heat from the antifreeze.
The refrigerant in the freezing barrel is a mixture of ethylene glycol and water, and the mixing ratio is 1:1. After placing the spreading gun in the bucket, the water level should be 2 to 3 cm below the stopper.
3.2.2 The heating barrel is heated by two heaters through the external ektexine to increase the temperature of the water inside. The water level is the same as the water level in the refrigerated bucket.
3.2.3 The panel control part consists of temperature controller and switch. The digital thermostat can be turned on or off at any time to adjust the temperature of the hot and cold barrels.
