The Lijiang IG production line uses the latest technology. Its main purpose is to create high-end quality and provide a large number of useful functions, improve production efficiency, save production costs and generate maximum benefits.
Now Lijiang mainly has two hollow lines with different technologies. One (Figure 1) uses transfer wheels to transport glass, and the other (Figure 2) is a new technology that uses air floatation technology to transport glass. This new technology is to prevent the glass from being contaminated by the wheels and leaving traces, so new technology is adopted to improve the high quality of IG production.

The front and back transfer wheel are all moved, all actively transferred. It can guarantee the big and thick glass pass through smoothly.
The new air – floating technology uses air to support glass and transfer glass. When glass is washed clearly from the washing machine, using air to transport the glass, it won't be contaminated. Ensure that the produced insulating glass is of the highest quality.
2.The washing machine uses 304 stainless steel materials
The whole washing and drying section adopt 304 stainless steel materials, including the plate and interior spare parts.
3.Water heating system and water filter system
As different countries have different water quality, in order to ensure that the glass is washes clearly enough, adopting air heating system, to use soft water to wash glass. What’s more, using water filter system to make water recycling, save water and keep the water clear.
4.The special structure inside the washing machine can automatically recognize glass thickness. Allowing different thicknesses of glass to be transferred quickly, increasing production speed. According to the test, it takes only 22s to produce a 1m*m insulating glass.
1). There is a universal joint device, when the glass thickness was changed, the wind knife will move forward and backward to adjust the distance so that the relative distance between the wind knife and the glass is constant, so as to avoid damage to the glass due to the changes of the glass thickness.
2). There are chain gears on both sides of the bottom of the glass to actively transfer the glass which can keep a fast speed, not only the large size, small size glass can also be passed quickly.
